High Performance Plasma Cutting
2 new plasma cutters : PC620 and PC1030 Faster, High quality cut, Longer lifetime consumables
New innovative concept focussing on three elements: S : An innovative and patented striking system saves the electrode tip and extends its lifetime. P : Circular enhancements with increased radius airflows and innovative electrode/nozzle design concentrate the plasma stream. L : The internal cooled electrode and torch head and electrode/nozzle design considerably increase their lifetime.
Torch configurations Stand-off : Delivered as standard with the machine, maximum flexibility and visibility of the plasma stream. Recommended at higher current levels and plate thickness.
Contact : Convenient for the operator, simply drag the nozzle on the plate. Well-protected nozzle. Use the special drag nozzle at low amperes (-40A) for thin plate thickness.
Gouge : Allowing you to gouge different materials, The amount of material removed depends on current level, torch angle and travel speed. Click here for more details

A new range of TIG torches
With the LINC TORCH range, Lincoln Electric offers a complete collection of TIG welding torches. No matter what the application, there will be a perfectly suitable torch for the job. The highly flexible European range of welding torches contains Water and Air-cooled torches equipped with different heads. The differentiation of welding heads will allow easy selection of the right torch; small and light weight for small plate thickness or areas that are difficult to reach, or the standard torch head’s designed for 90% of the applications. Our different ceramic nozzles will support welding in narrow grooves or at high Amperages and gas-flows. All our torches can be equipped with gas-lenses. The gas-lens will provide a laminar gas-flow that results in better protection of the weld pool. The use of a gas-lens also allows a reduction of gas flow, giving an overall saving. Linc Torches are designed with the welder in mind, the ergonomic grip and the flexible “ball joint” on the end of the torch body together with the flexible cable will support a torch which is easy to manipulate and a pleasure to work with.

Application Driven Power
The design for the Powertec 200, 250 and 300C was driven by application. The variety of outputs between these machines offers a wide choice within the range. The range offers machines specialized for thin sheet metal applications, light construction work, and a true multi purpose welder designed to be used for sheet metal as well as for fillet welds at a high plate thickness. All offer excellent starting and a low spatter level to allow you to complete your welding job efficient, quickly and professionally.
Equipped with a full range of features as standard including; 2/4 stroke, adjustable burn-back, spot-weld, cold inch and gas purge. A reliable large wire drive system with electronic feed back is provided to further enhance the weld quality. To ensure, usability, reliability and durability these machines are designed with a two level split controls; easy access essential controls and, behind a protective access door, second level features.
The full Powertec range is designed according to Lincoln’s high standards. Our two-year warranty confirms the reliability and ruggedness of these products.
ADVANTAGE
Products developed with a focus on the application. Stabile arc Excellent starting performance Designed with user friendly features. Voltage selectors with numerous options Excellent drive system with large (4cm) drive roll Feedback system on the wire drive will guarantee constant wire feed speed Gas purge to adjust the gas flow before welding Cold inch to feed the wire through the gun Two four stroke. The New Standard in industrial conventional stick rectifiers.
The Lincoln 400-S was launched a number of years ago as the Professional's Choice in this equipment class. Later, enhanced with new features, the LINC 400-SR was created. Now, the LINC 405-S and LINC 405-SA take its place at the top.
The LINC 405 is an exceptionally rugged conventional stick rectifier build to be used under harsh environmental conditions. The unit is available in two versions, the basic LINC 405-S for stick welding with all rutile, basic & cellulosic electrodes and the LINC 405-SA completed with more sophisticated features. To support easy maneuverability the units are completed with two big wheels, pull bars and two lifting hooks as standard. The LINC 405-SA has a bright digital Amperes meters. Also, this machine has an adjustable Hot Start and adjustable Arc force. On both machines a remote control can be used allowing the welder to adjust the welding current from a distance and during welding while the ‘fan as needed’ (F.A.N.™) feature on both machines reduces noise, power consumption and increases the machines life expectancy.
Advantage Lincoln: · Output up to 400A, more than adequate to weld 6.3mm electrodes and Arc Gouge for outstanding performance. · 2 different versions, LINC 405-S & LINC 405-SA, for different needs. · Smart devices which make the difference. · Safe and comfortable to use. · 2 year warranty on parts and labor · Built the Lincoln Way, "Rugged & Reliable" Click here for more information.
